School system collecting donations for flood victims

Montgomery County Schools is teaming up with the KEDC to bring hope and help to neighbors in Eastern Kentucky. From Monday, February 24, through Friday, March 7, the district will collect essential donations to fill a bus with much-needed supplies, a release said.
Each school will have a designated collection area.
A bus will also be stationed at Central Office for donations.
Items needed include:
Cleaning supplies
Personal hygiene products
Heaters
Blankets
Garbage bags
Non-perishable food
Bottled water.
